A Message from Panorama Destination Indonesia
Hello from Indonesia!
I’m happy to report that bookings with Panorama Destination continue to increase, with Q4 2024 already outperforming the same period last year. Clients from the European, North American, South African and ASEAN markets remain stable; a sure sign that tourism in Indonesia continues to go from strength to strength.
Key to this growth is the sheer diversity of offerings, from our stellar range of destinations and attractions to the breadth of travel sectors becoming interested in travel. One of the emerging sectors on our radar at the moment is Halal tourism – last month, on 30 October, the sixth International Halal in Tourism Summit 2024 was held in Jakarta, indicating the centrality of Indonesia to this large and high-potential travel demographic.
On the other side of the world, our nation is also developing its reputation for superior tourism services. Panorama Destination Indonesia will be at the International Tourism and Travel Show from 1–3 November, held at the Palais des congress in Montreal, Canada. Thereafter, we will also be represented at WTM London 2024 from 5–7 November. A fittingly global tour for an increasingly world-famous destination!
At both events, we will be sharing some highlights from our ever-growing portfolio of tour packages, which include locations such as Sumatra, Java, Bali and Lombok. If you’re in Canada or the UK this week, we’d be happy to meet you at either (or both) of these shows to demonstrate the diversity and quality of products on offer in Indonesia.
The end-of-year holiday boom is almost upon us, when travellers from all over the world arrive in Indonesia for their Christmas and NYE celebrations. As always, Bali is top of the list for many who visit. If your clients are interested, or would like to explore other, lesser-known locations in Indonesia, we’ll be happy to help facilitate their adventures.
Best regards,
Ricky Setiawanto,
Director of Business Development, Panorama Destination Indonesia.
