Trang An is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famed for its outstanding natural beauty. A landscape of scenic karst formations have led to it being dubbed "Halong Bay on land". En route, you will visit Hoa Lu; the ancient capital of the Dinh and Le dynasties, which dates back to the 11th century. Having been eroded over the millennia, the dilapidated ruins have nearly been consumed by the spectacular foliage and jungle scenery surrounding the site. This creates a mystical atmosphere that will stir the imagination and offer some fantastic photo opportunities. Upon arrival in Trang An, you will paddle along the crystal-clear waters of the river, and explore jagged limestone hills jutting skyward out of electric green rice paddies.
